The launch of oneGov, the new digital public service delivery platform
Following the Government of Maldives decision to launch oneGov, the new digital public service delivery platform scheduled to commence on the 10th of July 2023, the Ministry of Tourism will exclusively deliver most of its services through oneGov effective from the date of launch. oneGov is designed to provide seamless access to unified and simplified services to individuals, businesses and residents of the Maldives. This change will ensure the Ministry’s services are improved, accelerated and hassle-free.
To get started with oneGov, visit https://one.gov.mv after the 10th of July. Please refer to the Booklet attached to this announcement where you will find detailed instructions and resources to help you navigate oneGov effortlessly. Access to the use of oneGov requires an active eFaas account. For those that do not have an eFaas account, kindly please log on to https://efaas.egov.mv and open an eFaas account.
